"If I could start over, would I really be hurting others even though I don't have to? The answer is probably no."

On this week's episode of the Eat Green Make Green Podcast, I sit down with the dynamic duo behind the popular Eat Plants Drink Beer brand, Craig Tamble and Lorelei Plotczyk. I've been following Craig and Lorelei's blog and Instagram account for quite some time as we share two common passions: plants and beer. We talk about how they met, how and why Craig (with a push from Lorelei) went from a pig-roasting carnivore to a plant-eating vegan, why going vegan was so damn easy, how it changed their relationship with food and opened them up to entire new types of cuisine, why it's hard to admit when we're wrong, and why vegan values are simply just human values. Craig and Lorelei are such awesome people! True to their name (Eat Plants Drink Beer), they greeted me with an outstanding borscht soup, some home-brew beer, and vegan cookies... need I say more? This is a very fun, down to earth, informative conversation that I thoroughly enjoyed.
