On this week's episode of the Eat Green Make Green Podcast, I sit down with Quincy, MA native Scott Palmeri. Scott is a local health and wellness expert, vegan bodybuilder, and founder of My RX Kitchen, which helps athletes and individuals through plant-based nutrition. We talk about Scott's journey from a meat-eating bodybuilder to a vegan one, why humans are herbivores, how eating plants has made Scott feel true to himself, Scott's entrepreneurial career, why a plant-based lifestyle is not hard at all, and so much more. It was a pleasure getting to know Scott, and his desire to help others is absolutely incredible.
