“If you ask questions, and you’re open to change, and if you think about eating plants, I think you’ll have a lot of success feeling good and being well.”

On this week’s episode of the Eat Green Make Green Podcast, I sit down with the man, the myth, the legend, Josh Ehrenfried. Josh is the founder of Dosha Bar, an organic, unsweetened Ayurveda inspired fruit and nut bar company. We talk about how Josh grew up with a love of food, how he was able to make the leap from his corporate life to entrepreneurship, why he chose the crowded bar category, the habits and rituals he practices to stay healthy and well, what Ayurveda is and why he wanted to create a food brand around it, the importance of being self aware, and so much more. I really enjoyed this one. Josh is a great guy and I very much admire his curiosity and openness to different ways of thinking.

Josh was nice enough to give EGMG listeners a discount code on Dosha Bar orders Head over to https://doshabar.com/ and use DISCOUNT CODE: “eatgreenmakegreen.”
