“There are very few things that are completely genetic. Most disease is caused by lifestyle or diet… and you can change that immediately, it’s incredible.”

On this week's episode of the Eat Green Make Green Podcast I sit down with the incredible Lisa Lynch. Lisa is an actress and voice over artist who has played roles in numerous films and TV series, like Justified, Ray Donovan, and others. Despite all her amazing work, she's best known for her work as Rewild's lead bartender (haha! JK). We talk about Lisa's move out to LA to pursue acting, why she recently moved back to Boston, how a plant-based diet has changed both her and her mother's health, how diet and lifestyle impacts mental health, and so much more. I'm so fired up that I connected with Lisa. Her positivity and energy are contagious and it's easy to see why she excels on the big screen.
