Episode 49: Pat + Kyle & Vegan Entrepreneurship

"If you're around negative energy, if you're around friends and family that are constantly complaining... or have some limiting belief that you can't become a millionaire, or you can't become a billionaire, or you can't lose weight, or you can't eat plant-based... you need to reconsider it."

On this week's episode of the Eat Green Make Green Podcast, I sit down with my good friend and previous podcast guest (Episode 13) Kyle Gillen-Hughes.  But this time, the tables are turned and Kyle is asking me the questions.  We talk about how Kyle recently broke his college school record in the mile (4:38...woah!) after a month of a fully raw plant-based diet, why he now eats mostly raw, how I stumbled into veganism, how I got into entrepreneurship, why I know that a whole food plant-based diet makes me the best possible version of me, why I don't eat until after noon every day, why I practice yoga, what my meditation routine looks like, how I approach tackling my goals, the law of attraction and why I take very seriously the people I choose to spend my time with, why it's the best time in human history to be an entrepreneur, and much more.  I hope some of the techniques I share in this episode around achieving health and life goals might have a positive influence in your life!
